High care includes a team of highly qualified nursing staff that are ready to help with manual handling (lifting, hoist transfer), PEQ, enteral feeding, catheter care, medication management, bowel care, diabetic management and wound care.

Travelling on your own or depending on others can be difficult, our team will assist in transportation so that getting places will be easier and less stressful. We can help with transport to and from appointments, therapy, group gatherings, education and work.
